How to Dip Powder Your Nails at Home
Hello Everyone!
We would all love to save some extra bucks from the nail salon. Your weekly or bi-weekly nail trips to the salon can cost up to $1,000 or more a year compared to doing your nails for less than $25 a year.
Dip powder requires no harmful UV/LED lights to cure, easy to do at home and lasts up to 2 weeks to a full month without chipping at the base.
Below are steps to create your own DIY dip powder nails at home.
- Prep your nails by cleaning the nail bed and push your cuticles back slightly. Then buff your nails to create a stable surface
- Apply a bonder so the product can stick to the nail bed.
- Dip your nail into the powder and repeat for each nail. (If you want a more vibrant color, re-dip your nails in the powder two to three times.)
- Apply the activator; wait at least 10 - 15 mins, then apply the topcoat.
- Done!
Enjoy your day!
Thanks- K
